9. Jurisdiction

You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Henderson County, Texas or the place determined solely by CCBOTANICALS.NET or any of its affiliated sites to resolve any legal matter arising from this agreement or related to your use of CCBOTANICALS.NET or any of its affiliated sites. If the court of law having jurisdiction, rules that any provision of the agreement is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid.

You may be subject to additional Terms and conditions when you use, purchase or access other services, affiliate services or third-party content or material.

We Promise:

Return Policy

Within 48 hours of your delivery we will completely replace the product if damaged or broken upon delivery. Simply provide proof of breakage by photo and a request for a redelivery. We do not accept returns on kratom products whether opened or unopened due to sanitary and safety concerns unless product has been damaged. If we have sent the incorrect product we will ask you to keep the original and we will send a replacement immediately.  If you are unsatisfied with a product please contact us via phone or email using the contact information below.

Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation are business days, Monday – Friday 9am-7pm EST excluding all USPS Holidays. Saturdays 10-5pm. All orders are processed to be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.  If an order is received by noon we try to get it processed and shipped by end of the day. This is NOT a guarantee. If we receive an order over a weekend or on a USPS holiday then it will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Example: Memorial Day always falls on a Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon Friday prior to Memorial Day will begin to be processed to be shipped within 24 hours of receipt or by Wednesday. Weekend orders are shipped by Tuesday.
